In the Greater Los Angeles area, the Pacific Coast Highway generally travels along the coastline of metro LA... traveling past many of the famous beaches located along the Greater Los Angeles coastline.

The Pacific Coast Highway is known by several names, like; Highway 1, SR-1, The 1, and the PCH... shorter sections of the Pacific Coast Highway are also called; "Lincoln Blvd" in the Santa Monica and Marina del Ray area...  and "Sepulveda Blvd" in the El Segundo and Manhattan Beach area.

The Pacific Coast Highway runs along much of the California coastline... the PCH is considered by some to be one of the most scenic highways in the USA, and the world.
